Returns

Natural Spices allows you a 14 working day return period. It is important that you return the product in the original packaging for as far as possible. Foods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Products that are damaged are non-refundable.

Before you return an item, you must have a valid return number. You can apply for a return number at Customer Service.

Do you want to return an item? Please follow the following steps. In this way we can process the returned item as efficiently as possible.

1. Report to Customer Service that you wish to return an item.
2. You will be given instructions regarding the shipment of the item.
3. After your shipment has been received, Natural Spices will send you a confirmation email.
4. We will refund the purchase amount within 10 days.

The costs for returning the item are for your own expense.
