Natural Spices is transparent and will handle your personal information with great care. This is guaranteed by our dedicated team of IT experts.We will protect your privacy in the following ways:

• We will safely store your information in a database the general public cannot access.
• We will send your transaction data encrypted via the internet, so that those tapping into the system will not be able to access it.
• We will only use your email address once to finalise your order. We will only send you offers, newsletters and other circulars after you have given your permission.
• If you do not wish to receive any more messages from Natural Spices, you can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to info@naturalspices.nl. We will no longer send you any mailings.

When you place an order with Natural Spices, we will ask you for the following:

• Your name, address and telephone number. We will use this information to handle the delivery of your product in a correct manner.
• Your email address, to keep you informed on the status of your order.
• Payment information, such as your credit card or bank account number. We use this to finalise your order. The information will be sent encrypted and will not be saved.

To save the items in your shopping basket, we make use of cookies. They will be saved within one session only and removed as soon as you close your browser.Just like other webshops we use cookies to keep track of the pages you visit and how intensively any aspects of naturalspices.nl are used. In this way we can make sure that our website meets your requirements. We do not use this information to compile a profile of our visitors.

Delete or change information

Do you wish to view your information? Or do you want Natural Spices to remove your information from its system or change it? You can submit a request at no extra charge by regular mail or email. You can also oppose the further processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes at any moment in time. However, it is not possible to change the ascription on an invoice.

During payments the connection between you and naturalspices.nl is secured. With the aid of SSL the transaction data is sent in encrypted form via the internet. In order to pay with SSL you do not require any special software. You will recognise a secure SSL connection by the "lock" in the bottom status bar of your browser.
