Delivery time
Ordered before 1:00pm on working days, delivered the next working day
Natural Spices offers you the best delivery service on the internet. If you order on working days before 1:00pm with iDEAL paypal, paypal, or a credit card, your order will be delivered the next day (no deliveries on a Sunday).
Available directly from stock
At each product you will see its actual stock level in our warehouse. Is a product temporarily sold out? List your email address on the product page. You will automatically be sent an email as soon as the product is back in stock.
Delivery time with advance payment
With an advance payment it can take 1 to 3 working days before we have received your payment. Upon receipt you will be notified by email and your order will be shipped on the same day.
Choose your preferred delivery date
For one week in advance maximum you can have your order delivered on the day that suits you best. The only thing not possible is to have your orders delivered on a Sunday.
When you are not in
When you are away upon delivery, the order will be re-delivered to you on the following day. Should you miss this delivery as well, the carrier service will leave you a note to make a new appointment.
Shipping costs
At Natural Spices shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free of charge for orders above €35. For orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and German below €35, we will only charge €4.95 shipping costs. The minimum order amount is EUR 10,- excluding shipping costs. Furthermore, all prices shown include VAT. If you select to pay via iDEAL or an advance payment, there are no extra costs. For shipments abroad we charge a set amount per country. Below an overview:

Tracking the parcel online
With the PostNL parcel code you can track your order on the PostNL website. You will find this code in your shipping confirmation which is sent automatically by PostNL after preparing your shipment. This email contains a direct link to track the order.
Please note: it could take up to a few hours for the track & trace code to become active.
